I wanted a hand forged Siberian chef's knife.. Kevin made it perfectly. I was a little careless at first and sliced off part of a fingernail. the blade was so sharp that I didn't even feel it. Also love how he posts picks of your blade during the fabrication process. I enjoyed the whole experience and love the knife.
